Wow, I'm so stoked to have my first blog! Thank you Google for making it so simple. 

I am a new vegan and so this blog will be animal friendly and a work in progress...like me!  I wanted to name my blog The Frugal Vegan but that domain was already taken. I liked that name because there is a common misconception that eating healthy is more expensive than eating crrrrrraaaaapppp! I'm here to dispel that myth. I chose The Best Knees Vegan Extraordinaire because of the reference to excellence...excellence in health of health for ourselves, our families, the animals,and our planet! Together we are capable of extraordinary excellence in all we do. 
I hope you'll follow my blog and be patient with me as I learn my way around and as I transition into becoming a vegan.
